How to cook green chicken lasagna
Here's all the supplies you'll need. I'm using left over garlic chicken pulled off the bone.
Spray your dish
Layer the bottom of your dish with a thin layer of salsa verde
Add a layer of UNCOOKED whole wheat lasagna noodles
And now a thin layer of skim ricotta cheese
And now the chicken ( I'm using left over garlic chicken)
And now some shredded mozzarella cheese
Some more salsa verde
Another layer of noodles
And the rest of the salsa verde, poor it in!
Top with mozzarella
Cover with foil
In the oven covered for a half hour on 400 degrees
Remove foil, back in for an additional 10 minutes.
Yumm! We are almost there... PATIENCE! let it sit for 15 minutes at room temp. It's really watery if you skip this step.
