How to make guilt-free ice cream


Slightly ripe bananas work best.

Remove skins and then slice.

Place in the freezer for at least a couple of hours.

Put the frozen bananas into your blender, a few at a time is best.

I separated mine into individual servings but you could just put them into a single container. Then place back into the freezer.

Nutrition: The raw bananas weighed 224 grams which is 200 calories - divided into the three servings is 66 calories. A same size serve of plain vanilla ice cream is 151 calories! Go guilt free!
