How to make skin-on chips

Go get some potatoes!

Chop the potatoes into the size you want your chips to be. Put the kettle on

Put the chips in a pot with water and bring to the boil. Once boiling, simmer for 10 minutes until part-boiled

Drain off the water, pour some oil into the pan and stir so every chip I covered in oil. Then put on an oven tray and throw in a hot oven - around 220 degrees.

Cook until golden brown. Although they will need turning and maybe even more oil applied.

Drain off any excess oil and serve. Enjoy!
