How to make a healthy and delicious smoothie


Put 5 frozen strawberries in the blender.

A small handful of blueberries

Peel one frozen banana and add to blender

Half an apple, cored and sliced into blend able chunks.

The juice of one lime

One leaf of silverbeet or spinach.

Add your half cup if water and blend!

Voila - healthy and delicious smoothie. Perfect for a hot day as the frozen fruit makes this beverage nice and cold.
