How to make healthy homemade protein bars


Ingredients!! Sorry some ingredients got cut off in the picture

Preheat oven to 350

In a large bowl add all dry ingredients. Oat flour, protein, baking soda, sea salt, ground flaxseed, baking cocoa.

Whisk well

In a small bowl add wet ingredients. First stevia and egg whites.

Whisk to a fluff. ( yes I had to change bowls, my other one was too small)

Add water and baby food and whisk well

Add small bowl to large bowl and mix until smooth

Spray a 9x9 glass dish with cooking spray

Pour mix into glass pan

Place in center rack for 25-30 minutes.

Take out of oven and check for readiness!

Once cool, cut into 16 pieces.

Two pieces equals 1 serving. Bag it and

Place in refrigerator. Enjoy this 100 calorie snack!!!
