How to make tzatziki (yogurt dip)
Peel two cucumbers
Once they have been peeled, cut them down the middle and scoop out seeds using a spoon.
Take your halved cucumbers and peel away using a potato peeler. Drain cucumber very well! Or your dip will be watered down.
In a bowl (I used a measuring cup,) combine Greek yogurt, cucumber peels, lemon juice, garlic and sour cream.
Add a tablespoon of evoo. Salt and pepper to taste.
Tzatziki can be served with warm pita bread. Try it with my spanakopita or keftedes recipes! Enjoy! :)
