How to make a wonderful potatoes/hot-dog dish :)

Take your hot dogs out of the freezer. Do not defrost them in the microwave (they will taste that way too if you will...) so just put them in a bowl about 15 minutes before you start

Wash and cut your potatoes. I like them in cubs but you can cut them any way you like

Boil your potatoes until soft when you poke them with a knife/fork/toothpick/anything...

Heat your oven to 200 degrees c

Put oil in the tray and tilt the tray from side to side so the oil will slide to almost all parts of the tray (it doesn't have to cover all)

Put 2 tsp paprika (now i'm not 100% sure what it's called worldwide, in israel we call it soup powder, you put it in your soup to add taste and a little saltiness. You can replace it with salt..)

Add the potatoes to the tray

Cut the hot dogs in half and add to the tray also

1 more tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp soup powder (or salt) and honey (you don't have to if you don't like your food sweet) and mix it all up :)

Place into the pre-heated oven. After 25-30 minutes we will take out the tray, mix the potatoes (so those on the bottom will get crispy too) and give it another 5-10 minutes

Now just sit and relax, read a book or watch TV. For the next 30 minutes I am watching Kate Hudson put Lea Michele to shame on Glee :)

It's ready!!!

Dig in friends! Hope you like it! :)

Also, feel free to change the seasonings as you like. You can try it with sweet chilly sauce in stand of honey or spicy paprika in stand of sweet. Let me know how it goes! :)
