How to chocolate mousse
All the ingredients you need. The butter is missing in this photo.
Put the egg yolk with the sugar in your mixing bowl and the egg whites in a separate bowl.
Beat the egg whites first.
Then mix the sugar and the egg yolks until you obtain a fluffy misture
Break the chocolate in little pieces and add a tea spoon of butter, heat in the microwave for 1 minute or until it melts
Add the melted chocolate and egg whites to tour misture and mix it well.
The final product! Save it on the fridge for 5 hours, then you can serve it! :)
